Paul Simon Residential Lettings has managed 4 properties for me in the Greater London area for the past 8 years. The relationship has lasted this length of time due to the trust they have earned over that period. Because I reside abroad they go above and beyond normal levels of service by:
(1) Collecting rent in a timely matter and notifying me as soon as it has been deposited in my account. If a tenant is even slightly late on the rent, they pursue the payment quickly and do not let arrears build up.
(2) Repairs and maintenance – they take care of these issues in a timely manner – minor problems they solve without bothering me – major ones they get a number of quotes, present the alternatives to me and allow me to make the decision on how to proceed.
(3) Most of the tenants in my properties are of long standing – this I attribute to their screening/selection process and their policy of solving tenant issues quickly.
(4) My properties have rarely been vacant during the time Paul Simon has managed them. They will have tenants ready to rent when a lease is ended.
(5) Basically they are easy to deal with, remove the headaches of letting properties and maximise the return on my investment.

There service have been very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. We have been very happy with any repairs that they have carried out and feel that the quotes were competitive.
We are particularly impressed with the monitoring system. We receive a report every 6 months, with photographic evidence, on each of the properties. This ensures that the tenants are maintaining the property and keeping everything in good order. The vetting of the tenants is carried out in a professional manner.”
